Former Laurentian Bank of Canada branch, this 4,000 square feet office is now Verdun's headquarter for Remax real estate brokers.
Psb deliberately preserved architectural artefacts such as plaster rosettes, ceiling drops, ceramic floors and integrated them into a more contemporary environment.
To let the light in, the place is immaculately white, visually separated with glass-made panels and doors. Furniture and accent decor elements were built with walnut wood panels to bring more warmth.
