A turnkey support

SA is a design project applying all the principles of Passive House construction. The design lasted nearly 6 months from the preliminary project phase to the final file for the deposit for permit and the complete specifications with the details for construction including structural and ventilation plan approximately 4 months. We are therefore talking about a minimum of 10 months of design before the pre-construction phase which will begin in June of this year, for a construction start scheduled for the end of August 2022.

Design, insulation and soundproofing

The house, which is located below the 329, was designed to minimize noise from the road while enhancing openings towards the lake and optimizing solar gains on sloping land with a triangular shape. The part taken in design was to get as far away as possible from the riparian strip (beyond the prescribed margins) so as not to modify the balance of biodiversity on land.
